They maintain a network of cell phone carriers so that a recovering addict can always be reached if needed. The PCANA Helpline Subcommittee meets on the 1st Sunday of each month at 12:00 PM, at the First Congregational Church, 209 South J Street, Tacoma. And, also meets on the 3rd Friday of each month at 6:00 PM, at the Pierce County Annex, Room A, 2410 S 35th St, Tacoma.
